We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Lead Test Analyst to join our fast-paced retail IT team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all testing efforts across multiple systems, ensuring high-quality software delivery aligned with business requirements. This role will work closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners in an Agile/Scrum environment, contributing to the ongoing improvement of QA processes and tools within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or National Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field Essential
  
• ISTQB CTFL (Certified Tester Foundation Level) or equivalent Essential
  
• ISTQB CTAL (Advanced Level Certification) or equivalent Essential
  
• Minimum of 6+ years experience as a Lead Test Analyst, including experience leading testing teams Essential
  
• Strong background in manual testing, SQL for data validation, and testing in Agile/Scrum environments Essential
  
• Functional, integration, system, and regression testing Essential
  
• Structured testing methods and industry-standard QA processes Essential
  
• Testing complex user interfaces across platforms Essential
  
• Experience working in or with retail systems (POS, ERP, e-commerce) Preferred
  
• Experience with API testing and tools such as Postman, SoapUI, etc. Advantageous
  
• Exposure to automated testing tools like Selenium, QTP, TestComplete, Robot Framework Advantageous
  
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., Remedy, Jira, ServiceNow) Preferred
  
• Understanding of performance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) methodologies Preferred
