As a Procurement Administrator, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end clearing, forwarding, and procurement support processes. From managing container schedules and tracking shipments to ensuring accurate costing, documentation, and reporting — you’ll be at the heart of keeping operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and process purchase orders, manage monthly container schedules, and update bank documents.
• Track and place shipments while liaising with clearing agents.
• Execute clearing and costing functions, check invoices, and handle claims.
• Manage stock ageing, forecasting, and supplier information.
• Contribute to procurement projects and reporting on freight rates, costs, and global trends.
• Collaborate with management across the business to meet procurement needs efficiently.

? What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• 5+ years’ experience in procurement, logistics, or clearing & forwarding.
• Matric essential, tertiary qualification in Procurement / Supply Chain advantageous.
• Intermediate Excel skills and solid understanding of import/export processes.
• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
• ERP experience is advantageous.
