Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure adherence to international accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and risk management.
• Drive process improvements and digital transformation within the finance function.
• Collaborate with global teams on group-level reporting and strategic initiatives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA, ACCA, CPA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in Africa or emerging markets.
• Strong understanding of IFRS, tax legislation, and financial controls.
• Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and complex financial operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a multinational or group structure is highly advantageous.
• Willingness to relocate to Tanzania and travel regionally as required.
