East London: Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and analyzing financial reports, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis . Monitor and manage working capital , including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and inventory. Reconcile intercompany loans and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures . Capture and maintain accurate and organized financial records. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting. 12 years experience in a junior financial management or related role. Skills & Competencies: Solid understanding of financial principles and practices . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills . High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and within a team . Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
