Hospitality Hire is partnering with a respected recruitment agency in the search for a Guest Experience Manager to join a leading luxury hotel in Cape Town. This pivotal role focuses on shaping the guest journey from arrival to departure, ensuring a seamless, personalized, and world-class experience.
The Role
As Guest Experience Manager, you’ll be the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for overseeing all touchpoints of their stay. You’ll coordinate with key departments, anticipate needs, and uphold the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest experiences throughout their stay
- Serve as the main liaison for guest communication and feedback
- Ensure rooms are prepared, inspected, and guest-ready prior to arrival
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, F&B, and other teams to elevate service delivery
- Promote hotel facilities, dining, and amenities to enhance guest satisfaction
- Resolve guest concerns promptly with professionalism and care
What You Bring
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- 3-4 years’ experience in guest relations/experience management within luxury hotels
- Track record at a mid to senior level in hospitality management
- Knowledge of Opera PMS and other hospitality systems
- Professional presentation, responsibility, and excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English; additional languages a strong advantage
