• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on attorneys’ trust accounts.
• Relevant tertiary education would be beneficial. 
• Experience in Lexpro Bookkeeping. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Post and/or reconcile all trust account transactions in compliance with legislation.
• Prepare and maintain accurate trust account reconciliations on a monthly basis.
• Ensure there are no trust shortages and investigate discrepancies promptly.
• Process trust account payments in accordance with firm policies and client instructions.
• Ensure correct allocation of deposits and payments to the appropriate matters.
