Job Title: Barman Job Duties: Prepare and serve drinks to customers in a friendly and efficient manner Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register Monitor and manage inventory levels of beverages and supplies Adhere to all health and safety regulations Required Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Basic math skills Education: High school diploma or equivalent Experience: Prior experience in a similar role preferred Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of different types of beverages and cocktail recipes Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively Understanding of health and safety regulations Preferred Qualifications: Certification in responsible alcohol service Previous training in bartending techniques Working Conditions: Fast-paced and dynamic environment Evening, weekend, and holiday shifts may be required Standing for long periods of time
