Vacancy: Hospital Manager – Nelspruit area (Mpumalanga) Job Overview Our client is seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Hospital Manager to oversee their healthcare facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective management of hospital operations while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a comprehensive legislation file for audit purposes. Create and update procedure manuals for all hospital operations. Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential areas of improvement. Negotiate and finalize contractual agreements with General Practitioners (GPs) and Psychiatrists for collaboration. Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hospital to ensure quality patient care and uphold hospital policies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and administrative staff to develop effective treatment and patient care strategies. Monitor and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards. Essential Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Management or a related field. Desired Experience A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management. Proven track record of successful hospital operations management and regulatory compliance.
