Western Cape: Project Engineer posted by Communicate Finance

• Lead and coordinate project teams to deliver on scope, schedule, and budget
• Manage project costs, progress, and reporting
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare project schedules, cost plans, and monthly status reports
• Facilitate meetings and document key actions and decisions
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and company policies

Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 10+ years post-graduate experience (minimum 5 in a project environment)
• Proficient in MS Project and MS Office
• Strong leadership, planning, and cost-control skills
• Excellent communication and client-facing abilities
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to perform under pressure

Qualification:
Bachelor’s Degree / BTech in Engineering (essential)
Post-graduate Project Management qualification (advantageous)
