Job description: Job Overview: We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Junior Production Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the production team in manufacturing trailers/tankers, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high production standards. Job Description: Reporting to the Production Manager. Assisting the Production Manager with administrative tasks. Ensuring that production is completed, and deadlines are met. Procuring and monitoring production equipment. Updating the Production Manager on the status of projects. Liaising and coordinating production with other departments. Preparing cost estimates for materials. Perform quality checks on materials and finished products. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Support the production team with inventory management and material handling. Follow safety procedures and adhere to company policies. Requirements: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. Minimum 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing and technical environment. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to work independently under a Production Manager. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Available and willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines when necessary. Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
