Key Responsibilities:

• Perform fibre optic installations, splicing, and termination.
• Conduct fibre testing, OTDR tracing, and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade physical fibre infrastructure.
• Support expansion projects while ensuring compliance with technical standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Minimum: Relevant qualification or certification in IT/Networking/Telecommunications.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience working on Layer 1 fibre optic networks.
• Skilled in fibre splicing, fault-finding, and physical infrastructure maintenance.
• Comfortable working on-site with technical equipment and tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (non-negotiable).
