This is an entry-level leadership role perfect for someone with a strong background on the production floor who has demonstrated leadership potential and is eager to develop their management skills.Key Responsibilities:Team Oversight: Supervise a team of production operators, assigning daily tasks and coordinating workflow to meet production schedules.Training & Development: Assist in training new and existing employees on standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and quality standards.Target Achievement: Monitor team performance to ensure production targets for quality, efficiency, and timeliness are consistently met.Safety Compliance: Champion a culture of safety by enforcing all health and safety regulations, conducting daily safety checks, and reporting any incidents or hazards immediately.Quality Control: Perform regular quality checks on the production line to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.Problem-Solving: Act as the first point of contact for the team to resolve minor operational issues and escalate more complex problems to the Production Manager.Reporting: Maintain accurate production records, logs, and reports on team performance, output, and attendance.
