Senior Receptionist Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa, Stellenbosch Coopmanhuijs Boutique Hotel & Spa, situated in the historic heart of Stellenbosch, is seeking an experienced and polished Senior Receptionist to join our dedicated team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives on delivering warm, attentive guest service in a 5-star environment. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the smooth running of front office operations, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest relations. Ensure guests receive exceptional service from arrival to departure. Supervise and support junior reception team members. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues with professionalism and care. Liaise with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences. Maintain accurate records and reports as required. Requirements: Previous front office experience in a 4* or 5* hotel environment (minimum 23 years). Strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (previous experience with ProtelAir PMS will be advantageous). Well-groomed; professional appearance and confident manner.
