Minimum Requirements: Syspro experience required Experience and knowledge of Steel & Plate, hardware, including Industrial hardware as well as Fluid Control (pipes, fittings, valves, flanges, pumps, irrigation Retail sales as well as Branch Manager’s experience required. Needs to be able to manage all aspects of the branch Understanding of retail processes and procedures Strategic thinking and planning Must at least have 3-years’ experience in a management position Must at least have 2-years’ experience in retail and floor sales Strong managerial skills required Must be able to work in a pressurized environment Must have a strong personality and be able to lead and manage a team effectively Must have knowledge about the following: Sales Management, Procurement Management Inventory Management, Personnel Management; Account payable and receivable, warehouse management, fleet management, income statement management, internal policies and procedures management, cash management Must be computer literate
