Key Responsibilities / Deliverables: Lead and execute manual and automated testing across multiple software applications. Design and implement test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria for complex systems. Identify, document, and report on defects, with actionable feedback to development teams. Collaborate closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables. Drive improvements in QA processes, test automation frameworks, and testing tools. Experience and Skills Required: Relevant tertiary qualification (BSc or equivalent) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 36 years in software testing, including manual, automation, and functional testing. Experience in logistics, retail, or supply chain software testing is highly advantageous. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, Agile/Scrum environments, and software development lifecycle.
