With December holidays coming up we are getting suitable house sitters on our records for Johannesburg and surrounding areas. We are in need of mature applicants who would like to supplement their income streams with a house sitting role. Homeowners will entrust you to perform responsible, easy tasks of caring for their pets and keeping their home clean and operational during their absence. This position will suit someone who is available during peak vacation periods and is a pet lover. Preference will be given to those who have previous house sitting experience with contactable references.Typical House Sitter Job responsibilities and duties includes but not limited to :- Occupy the property, monitor the grounds- Feeding / taking care of family pets- Turning lights on and off as and when required- Accept courier parcels/deliveries to the property- See to the living area and kitchen keeping this clean, vacuuming, sweeping of floors – Watering of plantsJob Requirements : – Min 1 year experience in a similar role with contactable references- 30 Years and older- Excellent communication skills- Responsible and trustworthy, well groomed and hygienic- Matric, Grade 12 / similar- Own car / mode of transportPlease submit a one page C.V. including a picture of yourself and a I.D. copy.Background check and police clearance will be performed on potential applicants.
