Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, perform and oversee all activities at the automotive site
- Ensure that all work is completed according to industry standards and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve any mechanical or electrical issues that arise
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations and best practices
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
- Communicate regularly with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Provide technical expertise and guidance on automotive mechanical and electrical systems
- Client liaison
- Business development
Requirements:
- Qualified artisan with experience in automotive mechanical and electrical systems
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing projects in the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the automotive industry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer literate – MS Excel, Presentations
- Self-driven
