As the Financial Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, managing financial reporting and analysis, and providing financial insights and guidance to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyse financial data and provide key insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to optimize efficiency.
• Provide guidance and support to the finance team, including professional development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve communication.
• Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to maintain financial stability.
• Prepare and present financial reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement initiatives to improve financial performance.
• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in finance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial management or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
