The Role: FP&A Analyst This is a high-impact opportunity for a newly qualified accountant to launch their FP&A career within a globally integrated finance function. Key Responsibilities 1-3 years of experience in finance or FP&A functions required Lead budgeting and forecasting processes across the group Support board pack preparation and management reporting Maintain and manage Power BI dashboards for business insights Develop financial models across P&L, cash flow, and balance sheet Conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions Identify and implement reporting process improvements and automation Partner with non-finance and commercial teams to explain financials and influence decisions About You 1-3 years of experience in FP&A or financial roles Newly qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CA(SA), CPA or equivalent) Proficient in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Strong knowledge of financial statements and Excel modelling Experience using Power BI or other BI tools Excellent written and verbal communication, able to present to senior leadership Confident working with international businesses and stakeholders Detail-oriented with a drive for automation and process improvement Based in Cape Town, available on short notice, and comfortable working UK hours (no accent requirement)
