About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Internal Sales Consultant to join our Cape Town branch based in Epping. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting customers, processing orders, and assisting with internal sales functions in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle internal sales and assist customers telephonically and via email
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product advice and recommend suitable solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with customers to close sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships while delivering excellent service
- Use Accpac for order processing, invoicing, and customer queries
- Liaise with the warehouse/dispatch team to ensure smooth order fulfilment
