REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience in telesales, inside sales, or a similar role (preferred)
- Strong administration skills (advantageous)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and close sales effectively
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer skills: familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Passion for sustainability and environmentally friendly products (beneficial)
DUTIES:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company’s products
- Send regular emails to the customer database, segmented by customer type
- Maintain the accuracy of database lists and actively grow the contact base
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions to increase sales
- Close sales and process orders accurately using Paste
- Follow-up on leads generated through marketing campaigns
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp and other digital platforms
- Liaise with operations to ensure orders are dispatched correctly and on time
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Provide exceptional customer service and after-sales support
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offering
- Assist the Sales Director with daily administrative tasks to support smooth operations
HOURS:
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
