Job Duties:

• Lead and manage the culinary team
• Develop menus and create new dishes
• Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Oversee kitchen operations and maintain food safety standards
• Manage inventory and control food costs

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef
• Culinary qualifications or relevant degree
• Knowledge of various cooking methods and techniques
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record with expectional references

Culinary qualifications or relevant degree

Experience:

Proven experience as an Executive Chef

Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent understanding of food safety standards
• Creativity in menu planning and dish creation
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional certifications in culinary arts
• Experience in high-end dining establishments
• Knowledge of local and international cuisines

Working Conditions:

• Fast-paced kitchen environment
• Possibly a 6 week on 2 week off cycle

This is for a new property opening next year and employment will only be in April 2026.

This property is bush based and will be a love in role.
