Job Description
Front of House Manager required for a reputable hotel based in East London
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Management: Create rosters, provide training, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the team.
- Cleaning Schedules: Oversee and maintain regular cleaning schedules to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- Stock Management: Manage stock rotation and place orders to maintain inventory levels.
Additional Requirements:
- Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends as required.
