A catering company with an upmarket contract situated within a University seeks an experienced Kitchen Manager with:- Matric & relevant catering qualification Minimum 4 years experience within a catering / kitchen management role within industrial catering – school experience would be a solid advantage. Must have managed a team of between 7 people previously. Strong management skills and excellent at controls and consistent hygiene standard management will be a requirement. Own transport essential, working on your feet, hands on working with the team to ensure the product and service is consistent and good quality.
