Job Description
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within the UK and international markets.
- Identify and engage new brokers, intermediaries, and strategic partners across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.
- Collaborate with underwriting and account management teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Accquis’s product offerings and market positioning.
- Deliver regular performance and pipeline reports to management.
- Achieve and exceed revenue and activity targets as set by the business.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably within financial services, insurance, or construction sectors.
- Strong understanding of surety, bonding, or financial lines is advantageous.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and commercially astute.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.
- Strong analytical and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
