Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters a bonus). 8 years of experience in data, analytics, or technology ideally in financial services, insurance, or telecoms. Proven leadership experience managing enterprise-wide data initiatives. Technical expertise in Azure Synapse, SQL, Metadata, and Master Data Management. Deep knowledge of South African data governance and compliance standards. Strong strategic vision, communication, and people leadership skills.
