A manufacturing company in Ekurhuleni has an urgent vacancy for a Process Leader Packaging.JOB FUNCTION The Packaging Process Leader is accountable for safe, compliant and efficient packaging performance on schedule, to specification and with minimal loss.EDUCATIONGrade 12A relevant post-matric qualification, such as a Certificate in GMP, Production Management, or a related field.EXPERIENCEMinimum 3-years experience as a production process leader, or in a similar role, with safety & GMP regulations experience MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESAdhere to GMP guidelines, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and regulatory requirementsLead and supervise the packaging team including training Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet production targets.Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for processes.Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications.Prepare and present reports to management Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and Six Sigma projects .Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and repair of machinery.Monitor inventory levels Manage budgets .Salary neg to R45k pm.
