Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative Support
   • Assist senior engineers with documentation, data analysis, and
   • Track project schedules and task
   • Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on
2. Product Development & Innovation
   • Support the creation, testing, and roll-out of cutting-edge mining
   • Conduct research to identify product
   • Work closely with cross-functional teams for tech
3. Training & Technical Support
   • Develop training materials for technical
   • Deliver hands-on training and on-site system
   • Troubleshoot and resolve technical system
4. Continuous Improvement
   • Contribute to initiatives that enhance system reliability and
   • Analyze operational data to detect trends and improve
   • Implement and monitor corrective
5. Performance Indicators (KPIs)
   • Timely and accurate admin support for engineering
   • Positive training outcomes and on-site support
   • Fast fault resolution with minimal system

• Measurable contributions to product innovation and reliability. 

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
• Strong analytical and problem-solving
• Clear and effective communication
• Proficiency with data analysis
• Willingness to travel to mining
• A valid driver’s
• Experience in mining or industrial
• Familiarity with systems like Collision Avoidance, Fuel Automation, or Load & Production Systems.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology.
