Key Responsibilities: Lead the full-cycle implementation and optimisation of financial and operational systems. Oversee the integration of ERP, warehouse, and production management tools. Analyse workflows and design improvements that enhance traceability and efficiency. Build Power BI dashboards that translate data into actionable insight. Ensure ISO and internal compliance across finance and operations. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Finance, or Business Administration. CIMA qualification advantageous. Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing or mining (plant-based) environment. Proven track record in ERP or warehouse system implementation (Syspro or SAP preferred). Strong understanding of costing, inventory, and production data flows. Excellent communication, stakeholder, and leadership skills.
