Company and Job Description:
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about accuracy in financial processes? My client is looking for a dedicated Creditors Clerk to join their dynamic team within a well-established company in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Processing supplier invoices and ensuring timely payments
• Reconciling creditors’ statements and resolving discrepancies
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date supplier accounts
• Assisting with month-end closing and reporting
• Communicating effectively with suppliers and internal departments

Job Experience and Skills Required:
Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk
Construction industry experience is non-negotiable
Solid understanding of accounting principles and reconciliations
Proficiency in BuildSmart and MS Excel
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
