Key Responsibilities Experience within the Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning (HVAC), Smoke Extraction, industry will be advantageous. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics. Demonstrate strong Technical Sales Management and/or Leading Teams. Compile sales tenders, project proposals and reports. Costing Sheet preparation and approval of ventilation design proposals and tenders. Lead team to proactively drive technical customer decisions in a highly competitive market. Market business relationship building and mainstream marketing to: Fire Engineers, Consulting Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Architects / PQSs, Project Management Consultants, Main Contractors / Roofing Contractors, Property Managers / Developers, Local Authorities, End Users. Strong communication approach to all prospects, clients, and professionals in the industry. Client strategy and planning. Ability and willingness to travel when necessary Stable career record
