Nelspruit: Hardware Branch Manager – Nelspruit

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 and any other qualification will be an advantage preferably Finance or Management Hardware or technical sector experience 5 – 10 years experience in similar position Previous experience in the hardware sector Must be fluent in Afrikaans and English Stable working history Experience with: Develop and execute strategic plans for the branch’s growth and sustainability Explore opportunities for expansion or diversification Build and maintain positive relationships with the local community Participate in community events and support local initiatives Analyse sales data and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement Develop and implement strategies to enhance store performance Implement effective inventory control measures to reduce losses due to theft or damage Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile with sales records Prepare and manage the store’s budget Monitor expenses, track income and seek cost-effective solutions Handle cash management and ensure accurate financial transactions Recruit, train and supervise store employees Develop work schedules and assign tasks Promote a positive and productive work environment Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke – Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
