Position Overview

The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, and supporting both staff and management in delivering a premium guest experience. The role requires strong leadership, organisational skills, and a hands-on approach to operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house and service staff.

• Ensure high standards of service, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

• Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Monitor stock levels, control costs, and manage ordering processes.

• Assist in menu planning and implement service standards aligned with the consultancys brand.

• Resolve guest queries and complaints professionally and efficiently.

• Support both senior and junior management roles as required.

Required Skills and Competencies

• Proven experience in restaurant management, preferably in a luxury or high-end hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.

Package

• Salary: R15,000 R30,000, negotiable depending on experience.
