Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled and analytical Industrial Engineers .  Key Responsibilities: Analyze and improve existing processes to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and increase output. Develop workflows, layouts, and production planning models. Conduct time studies, capacity analyses, and efficiency evaluations. Collaborate with operations, quality, and supply chain teams to identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective solutions. Design and implement lean manufacturing initiatives, Six Sigma practices, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Prepare reports, metrics, and data-driven recommendations for senior management. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Requirements: Bachelorâs Degree in Industrial Engineering (or a related field). Proven experience in industrial engineering, process optimization, or manufacturing environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficiency in process modeling tools, ERP/MRP systems, and statistical analysis software. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or other process improvement methodologies (Certification an advantage). Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. APPLY NOW
