Package:

• Salary: R12,600 + commission (negotiable depending on experience)

• Live Out position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of professional spa treatments to guests, ensuring the highest standards of service and care

• Provide in-depth knowledge of all spa products and services offered

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation within treatment rooms and spa facilities

• Upsell treatments and retail products where appropriate to enhance the guest experience and maximise revenue

• Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are met at all times

• Assist with spa reception duties and guest bookings when required

Requirements:

• Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification

• Minimum of 35 years experience in a similar high-end spa or hotel environment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of professionalism

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

• Promote spa services and retail products to maximise guest experience and revenue

• Provide guidance and support to junior therapists when required

Requirements:

• Recognised spa or beauty therapy qualification

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a spa therapist, ideally at senior level

• Strong product and treatment knowledge

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

• Passion for wellness and delivering a five-star guest experience
