This is what you need to land an interview:

• You must have 2 to 5 years’ experience in this discipline
• You must be able to write requirement specifications and conduct JAD sessions at senior stakeholder level
• You must have In-depth experience in design and development of solutions for own developed financial/insurance products
• You should have experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Technologies: SQL, UML, XML, Microsoft Office
• Other: Software architecture, facilitating JAD sessions, UML data modelling techniques, BPMN Process Design, Industry compliance standard and legislation
• Understanding of technical implementation of functionality
• Ability to test functionality at a database level (SQL knowledge)

Qualification:

• You must have passed Grade 12 / Matric with an achievement symbol of no less than C for higher grade Maths
• You must have an accepted Business Analysis Course or a Tertiary Computer Science qualification, or its equivalent
