Working closely with a global network of agents and partners, this role requires a confident communicator with strong commercial insight, operational understanding, and meticulous attention to detail. Requirements Minimum of 45 years senior-level experience in luxury inbound travel, with a proven track record of designing bespoke itineraries and managing complex bookings across Africa. Tertiary qualification in Travel & Tourism or Hospitality. Comprehensive destination knowledge of Southern and East Africa and a good understanding of logistics, routing, and guest flow. Experience building and maintaining strong agent relationship and trust-based partnerships. Proven experience in preparing accurate, creative, and profitable quotations that align with company pricing and margin strategies. Exceptional organizational and administrative abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in an additional European language would be advantageous. Computer literate with proficiency in Google Suite and booking systems such as TourPlan (or equivalent). A motivated self-starter with high energy, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to balance multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
