Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a global Digital Commerce and Activations & Experience marketing plan to support regional objectives.
- Lead the creation of product and service marketing strategies to generate demand and expand growth.
- Oversee marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events, ensuring all materials and credentials are current and aligned with business objectives.
- Determine target audiences and the most effective communication channels.
- Track and report on qualified leads generated through marketing initiatives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with regional teams, stakeholders, and creative agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor campaign effectiveness.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 7) in Marketing.
- 68 years of experience in Digital Commerce or a related marketing environment.
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proven business acumen and ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Creative thinking and initiative, with the ability to assertively lead projects.
- Budget management and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across regions.
