Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and highly organised person to provide essential administrative & operational fundraising support. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth running of all related activities, maintaining strong donor relationships, and helping to secure the income needed to support our vital programmes. Responsibilities & DutiesFundraising Support, Event co-ordination and attendance, Administration, Research & reporting, Donor support; Proposal writing; Networking; Minimum Qualifications and skills1.Education: A minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Public Relations, Communications); or demonstrable literacy and numeracy2.Experience: Previous experience in an administrative, customer-facing, or non-profit / fundraising environment is highly advantageous.3.Skills:Excellent written, verbal communication and numeracy skillsStrong organisational and administrative abilities and meticulous attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email)Ability to work both independentlyCreative skillsA valid Code 8 driver’s licence Personal Attributes1.High work ethic and confident demeanour.2.Honest, reliable, and committed to the organisation’s mission and values.3.Proactive problem-solver with strong time management abilities.
