Johannesburg: Business Process Automation Architect

We are looking for a Business Process Automation Architect to design, configure, and deploy automated workflows that improve efficiency, visibility, and governance across the organisation. The role focuses on digitising business processes, building workflows in BPM tools, integrating systems, and supporting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Map, optimise, and automate business processes Build and configure workflows in FlowCentric Processware (or similar BPM tool) Script automation logic (C# / VBScript) Integrate BPM with ERP, CRM, DMS, and other systems Create dashboards, reports, and audit mechanisms Support BPM governance, training, and change enablement Requirements 2 years experience in BPM/workflow automation Hands-on experience with FlowCentric or similar BPM suite Proficiency in C# or VBScript Experience integrating BPM solutions with business systems Strong process mapping and documentation skills Advantageous 5 years in enterprise software implementation Experience with change management, training, and user adoption
