Job Description
Hire Resolve, a leading recruitment agency, is currently seeking a Credit Manager to join their client’s team. As a Credit Manager, you will play a crucial role in evaluating, managing, and approving credit risk within the organization.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Assessing credit applications and determining creditworthiness
- Managing credit exposure and minimizing credit risk
- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Maintaining compliance with relevant regulations and policies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the banking industry
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in credit risk management
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- Proficiency in credit risk assessment tools and systems

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Professional certifications, such as Certified Credit Professional (CCP), are preferred
