Job Description
- Matric with at least 3+ years related customer service, promotions and sales experience gained within the FMCG retail industry.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- MS Office proficiency- essential. CRM systems experience – advantageous
- Open to male or female
- Must have a clear criminal history
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing order processing and sales order support to retailers.
- Interacting with retailers to sell off promotions, deals, jabs and pre-price increase promotions.
- Tracking, tracing and following up on deliveries.
- Customer service and sales administration.
Competencies Required:
- High volume order processing and placing calls for accuracy and attention to detail
- Numerical aptitude coupled with excellent written, spoken and electronic communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship-building ability
- Active listening skills
- Planning and coordinating
- Organisation and reporting
Notes:
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08h30 to 16h30 (no weekends or after-hours work)
- Remuneration: Market Related, Negotiable
