Job Description

Minimum Matric qualification (essential).
Immediate availability (not currently employed).
Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software (CRM or ERP experience advantageous).
Proven experience in new business development within sales or recruitment.
Background in cold calling/telesales (highly advantageous).
Excellent administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Duties will include

Build strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
Source and attract top talent through job boards, networking, headhunting, and social media platforms.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and placement.
Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression.
Develop new business opportunities by actively seeking and securing new clients through proactive outreach.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines using CRM/ATS systems.
Achieve and exceed performance targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
Promote the company brand at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.
Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
