Requirements
- Minimum Matric qualification (essential).
- Immediate availability (not currently employed).
- Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software (CRM or ERP experience advantageous).
- Proven experience in new business development within sales or recruitment.
- Background in cold calling/telesales (highly advantageous).
- Excellent administrative, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Duties will include
- Build strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and offering tailored recruitment solutions.
- Source and attract top talent through job boards, networking, headhunting, and social media platforms.
- Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial briefing through to offer negotiation and placement.
- Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on market trends, salary benchmarks, and career progression.
- Develop new business opportunities by actively seeking and securing new clients through proactive outreach.
- Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and candidate pipelines using CRM/ATS systems.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets for placements, revenue, and client satisfaction.
- Promote the company brand at networking events, job fairs, and industry functions.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
