Position OverviewWe are seeking a talented and reliable developer who can design, develop, and maintain custom software solutions tailored to our business operations, as well as develop Android applications for internal and customer-facing use. The successful candidate will also provide general help desk and IT support when needed. This is a self-driven, independent role that requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain custom business software to streamline operations.Design, build, and maintain Android applications.Manage databases, cloud infrastructure, and system security.Monitor software performance, identify and fix bugs, and ensure uptime.Provide IT and help desk support to internal staff.Maintain documentation of all systems and processes.Work independently to meet project goals and deadlines.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in software development.Proven experience in Android app development (Java, Kotlin, or Flutter).Strong knowledge of database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL) cloud platforms, and security management.Experience with React, TypeScript, Python, or similar technologies.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.Must provide references and examples of previously developed projects.
