ProStaffSelect are in search of a focused young chef who understands the dynamic of this level of cuisine and who’s equally enthusiastic to produce dishes to this amazing standard. REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 2 or 3 year recognized professional/classical/formal culinary qualification Minimum 2 years industry work experience within Fine Dining Environment Culinary strengths in Hot & Cold Kitchen with experience in plating of multiple components Must be adaptable to working off different menus on a weekly basis Effective communication skills and proficient in English & an outgoing personality Must be comfortable creating new dishes with SEVERAL detailed plating components and INNOVATIVE garnish ideas. Must demonstrate good planning skills, be well organized and work efficiently and hygienically.
