Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a credit intelligence team across multiple analytical and policy development workstreams.
- Design, implement, and enhance credit intelligence policies, processes, models, and strategies.
- Produce advanced statistical insights to support and improve credit decision-making.
- Ensure delivery quality, analytical accuracy, and regulatory compliance across all outputs.
Job Experience and Skills Required:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Statistics (minimum)
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in Finance or Statistics (ideal)
Experience:
- 6–8 years’ experience in retail credit analytics, including advanced analytics and modelling
- OR 5–7 years with an Honours degree, including SQL programming and descriptive analytics
- Minimum 3 years portfolio-specific experience
- Experience with credit principles, policies, and frameworks
Skills:
- Excellent communication, leadership, and influencing skills
- Strong planning, organising, and coordination abilities
- Effective presentation, reporting, research, and project management skills
Other Requirements:
- Clear criminal and credit record
