Your daily tasks: Make outbound calls through our power dialer (we provide the system and leads) Contact recent Will Kit requests and confirm interest Book qualified appointments in our online calendar Update CRM notes after each call Communicate daily with your team lead via Slack/Zoom All leads are warm and exclusive no cold prospecting or random lists. Youll be working U.S. hours (Pacific Time). This position is 100% remote ideal for someone who enjoys consistent calling, friendly conversation, and measurable daily results. Candidate Requirements (Skills and Experience) Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent (North-American-friendly tone) Minimum 1 year of experience in call center, appointment setting, or telemarketing Comfortable working U.S. hours: 3 PM 1 AM South Africa time) Strong communication, confidence, and resilience Must have reliable internet , headset, and quiet workspace Self-motivated and target-driven personality
