Key Deliverables 
– Ensure the development and implementation of realistic and achievable Contract Programmes to ensure project completion as per the Project Plan;
– Achieve financial forecasts for various projects and ensure effective cost control management in line with project scope, schedules and budgets/financial projections;
– Manage Site Teams, Contractors and Inspectors to ensure Safety and Quality compliance at all times; 
– Develop and implement productivity and waste management initiatives for various disciplines;
– Ensure safety accountability and the involvement of all stakeholders at all times;
– Identification, mitigation and management of project risks and action plans;
– Submission of monthly management reports;
– Understanding of the SA legislative framework (BCEA,
 Labour Relations Act, etc.

Qualifications & Requirements 
– Matric Certificate or related qualification. 
– B.SC / B.Eng(Civil or Construction) or equivalent.
– SACPCMP(PrCPM/PrCM) registration-added advantage.
– Must be able to travel to different Sites within Limpopo.
– Clear criminal record.
– Driver’s Licence Code 10.

Experience 
– Minimum of 5 years of relevant /related experience.
