- Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent work experience
- Proven customer service experience
- PODs experience
- Good problem-solving skills
- Computer literacy, with experience in Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with
- Freightware is an advantage.
- Geographical knowledge of South Africa
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with good telephone etiquette
- Passion, energy, desire (to get the job done), & runway (ability to grow)
- Self-motivated and energetic
- Ability to prioritize & work under pressure
- Strong Interpersonal skills
- Potential to grow, and develop within the organization
- Proactive and able to take initiative
