A 5* hotel with over 200 rooms and 4 busy f&b outlets seeks an experienced Asst Food and Beverage Manager the following specifications:- Tertiary qualification Minimum 2 years experience as a Asst F&B Manager or F&B Supervisor for multi outlets, in 4 or 5 * city hotel Strong service skills with regards to both food and Beverage Must be able to handle busy outlets and demanding clients Ability to manage and motivate a large team Stable track record Own vehicle and drivers licence An UPDATED & detailed CV in MS Word format (starting with current position) is required, as well as a Recent head & shoulders photo, taken in the last 6 months.
